I AM believing the neighbor saw the loving bond between the owner and pet 🐶. Heard about the trauma and saw a way to reunite them by fostering until owner physically heals and can regain ownership. ( Owner did what he believed to be in the best interests of his pet. ) It sounds as if as soon as he found out what trauma she was facing , he stepped in to save her. It moved the neighbor's ❤️ hearing of their bond , so stepped in to fill a void. 💓 Now both owner and pet 🐶 can keep their loving bond intact , while owner heals ( physically and emotionally ). Loving mercy and grace at work. 😊
